Under the invitation of Bousaone Bouphavanh, his Lao colleague, Hun Sen took off on Monday 24 November for a 2-day official visit to Vientiane before participating in the 5th Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) summit.
The communiqué issued by the Cambodian ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that the Cambodian delegation – which will include Hor Namhong, the minister of Foreign Affairs, and Cham Prasidh, the minister of Commerce – “will sign with Laos, during the visit, an agreement to promote and protect investments in the two countries.”
During the CLV summit which will take place on 26 November, the three countries will sign: “first, a memorandum of agreement on the draft for the preparation of the special policy for the development of the triangular CLV zone (Indochinese Triangle); and second, the Vientiane declaration on a fundamental development of this zone.”

Cambodia officially exists on paper, but everything is run from Hanoi. After a planned Coup, Cambodia will become one of the Republics in the Indochina Federation. Important government positions will be increasingly filled by Yuons living in Cambodia. Some of them are clearly seen in this photo.
When the number of Youns living in Cambodia outnumbers the native population it will become Kampuchea Krom II, and Cambodia is saved from Thailand as 5:16PM is hoping!

3:39 PM – whatever has happened, had happened. We can’t totally blame on foreign invaders. We should know where/when to act and to protect our sovereignty. Take Preah Vihear as an example. Why the Siems enter our territory and claim it’s theirs? Why do we let illegal trespassers come in the first place when our troops were there sitting back-to-back? If Khmers would have entered Siems territory, the action for Khmers would have been a different approach. As far as Yuons, they did not come to Cambodia willingness. They were invited and there was a reason behind it. We should blame this on the weak points of our leaders.
