At the end of November, the third edition of the cultural meetings between the two countries will take place in Phnom Penh.

Since 2006, the Vietnamese cultural week is also celebrated in Cambodia. This year, it will be held on 28-29 November at the Chaktokmouk hall in Phnom Penh, then on 01-02 December, it will be moved to the Siem Reap cultural village. According to Sim Sarak, the general director in charge of the “Administration and Finance at the ministry of Culture, this event demonstrates Cambodia and Vietnam’s will to promote their solidarity and cultural friendship between the two peoples.”

During this Vietnamese cultural week in Cambodia, there will be musical presentations, art and painting exhibits, as well as other exchanges with the participation of artists from the two countries.

From Sihanouk Era to Hun Sen's
indoctrinated by Hanoi

Cambodia’s participation or to put more accurately its being dragged into the Indochinese Federation.

The dominant personality of this entire period was unquestionably Hun Sen, who first Prime minister holding absolute power for nealy 30 years in Cambodia which shares over one half of its country to live with vietcong.

(See the report picture) all yuon heads.

I wonder if Vietnam give our brothers and sisters in Kampuchea Krom this much freedom as Hun Xen is giving to the youns living in Cambodia.

This would gave or given them the time to prepare the final phase of their Indochinese Federation, that is the overthrow of Hun Sen, and they are taking of power by their party. Remember there are 5-6 millions yuon living in Cambodia.
CPP was Yuon created or Created by yuon in 1951.

Jayo yuon!

Roadmap for Cambodia development
-Be warned that if the mindset and leadership of current leaders are still toward “NEPOTISM, partisanship, TOO SELF-SUSTAINED PRIDE AND SOME OTHER NEGATIVE MINDSET AND ATTITUTES THAT CONSCIOUSLY ENCOURAGE CORRUPTION PRACTICE, IMPUNITY CULTURE, PATRONAGE CULTURE just to name a few-which all these practices are aiming to achieve ONE GOAL: THE LIFE-LONG POWER HOLDING, which is by no rationale or excuses would contribute to sustainable growth and most importantly THE EXISTENCE OF CAMBODIA COUNTRY.”

-And how can Khmers rescue themselves with the presence of such practices and cultures WHICH HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED BY ALL OF THESE UNSCRUPULOUS LEADERS?
The root causes of the persistent problems are:
First of all, blame our country for undergoing through several civil wars FLARED UP BY POWERFUL NATIONS say CHINA, RUSSIA, USA AND OTHER RICH COUNTRIES that, with no slight doubt, stirred the political atmosphere in Cambodia aiming to “EMPLOY CAMBODIA AS IDEOLOGICAL BATTLE ZONES OR POWER-TESTING ZONES BETWEEN THE SUPERPOWER BLOCS”. This can’t be allowed to happen anymore. And BLAMING GAME SHOULD NOT BE PLAYED ANYMORE: Sihanouk blames Lon Nol, khmer leaders in history blame family infighting to take power and … . (This PAST HISTORY can reflect to why Khmers including leaders are easy to become puppet of foreign countries. AND FROM THIS LESSON, KHMERS SHOULD STEER THE COUNTRY TOWARD BUILDING A STRONG EFFICIENT SYSTEM GOVERNED BY THINK TANKS OR PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND “THOSE PEOPLE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF DEEMED UNCAPABLE OR NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO COPE WITH THE CRISIS” and the system should not be ruled by the same people as their life-long power holding or the SYSTEM WILL BE PRONED TO GIVING BREATH AND BIRTH TO UNCIVILIZED-ABOVE CULTURE AND PRACTICES.
Secondly, if Khmer leaders do not know how to play politics (Or at least ask yourself whether YOUR POLITICS GAME WILL BRING ABOUT ANY BENEFITS FOR THE COUNTRY, AND IF NOT BRING ABOUT DESTRUCTION AND COUNTRY SPLIT INTO PIECES) then the leaders MUST NOT PLAY THE GAME (engage in the game as puppets of foreign countries BECAUSE OF SELF-SUSTAINED PRIED AND POWER: Learn from Sihanouk’s past mistakes). The leaders MUST LEARN TO FIX AND UPGRADE THE SYSTEM, NOT EMBRACE AND COMPLICATE THE EXISTING PROBLEMS. Everyone in Cambodia knows too well that CORRUPTION PRACTICES HINDER THE PROGRESS IN CAMBODIA AND ONLY THE THINK TANKS AND PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS CAN OFFER SOLUTIONS AND CAN CARRY OUT THE TASKS TO SUSTAINABLE GROWTH. And look at Cambodia nowadays. People SHOULD SPIT ON THE LEADERS’ HEADS BECAUSE THEY APPEAR NO BETTER THAN A GROUP OF GANGSTER OR MAFIA, WHO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT THEIR SO-CALLED SYSTEM OF NEPOTISM AND PARTISANSHIP. This in America, where I reside, has also been practiced BUT ONE COMMON GOAL IS TO STEER THE COUNTRY TO DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL, NOT JUST ANARCHIC DEVELOPMENT THAT ONLY THE SMALL SUM OF PEOPLE CAN BENEFIT. Build the network for information dissemination: bring up the issues for discussion and network to spread the news-the news of the truth, investigation and more and more research conducted to spur the development of the system and to integrate the findings into policy-decision MUST BE PRESENT IN CAMBODIA. Again policy-decision and making only to EMBRACE AND SUSTAIN SELF-POWER AND INTEREST MUST BE KEPT ASIDE. DO NOT HUMILIATE IDEAS, PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND THINK TANKS-THEY ALL CAN CONTRIBUTE A GREAT DEAL TO DEVELOPMENT, NOT ONLY FOR PARTY BUT FOR COUNTRY AS A WHOLE.
“A GOOD STRONG EFFICIENT SYSTEM MUST BE IN THE HAND OF PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND THINK TANKS, AND THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR THAT.”
In this end, more actions, move and plans must be in place to spur not only progress of party but start from individual progress that can inspire other people. The party must embrace and recruit such people. Plus, the party must encourage more discussion, debate in public and “wait and see” or “Manipulation from the suffering and hardship of people” politics MUST NOT BE PLAYED ANYMORE. Instead be ready and willing to help by establishing network which is comprised by professionals and experts in various fields to help needy people MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A SYSTEM.

“Empower the people is the key.”

The end of time is approaching rapidly. "2012 dooms day" is in several years from now.

So the youn can keep if they can.

Anonymous said...

There isn't any cultural exchange between Vietnam and Cambodia. There
isn't any real friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.

Trust me Khmer never kill Khmer.
Look back during the French Protectorate, we united as one and defeat the French. We hardly kill each other.

Then when time arrived Ho Chim Minh cause all chaos and wanted to create Indochinese Federation and have collected many Khmer kids and today those guys grew old and they are in HUN SEN's CPP administraion.

Pol Pot knew the tricks of HCM and told HCM not to interfere about Cambodian business then YOUN really got pissed cause Pol Pot knew their goal.

Only YOUN killed Khmer and they continue killing Khmer.

Khmer needs to wake up!

I've read some articles and remember about Troung Minh Giang can't control Phnom Pehn and committed himself because he didn't want to face the YOUN Emperor.

Khmer PP,

We need more Yuon from Hanoi to help stimulate Cambodia economy.

Anonymous said...

Hanoi is one of the poorest region on the planet, are you talking about the yuon whore traffic to Cambodia?

Anonymous said...

Is this means that fucking a yuon whore is only $0.50 instead of $5?

Anonymous said...

Yeah, and that is why we need 10 of them to add up to $5. Hope they will come from Hanoi soon.

Anonymous said...

Yea bring you female cousins and nieces to me, I cannot wait to spread Khmer democracy back to Hanoi. You will no longer have ugly yellow dwarf anymore, but tall and handsome one.

It's a service that I give to the Yuon.

Anonymous said...

Those hats look stupid and yet, they keep wearing it. These people seem to have no self conscious what so ever. The problem is, they annoy you to death with their triangle hat.

Anonymous said...

The Yuon hat is a symbol of a woman breast. Yuon use their women as tool (whore). They appreciate their women by exploting them as whore. You can see how low they are.

Anonymous said...

Who care? There are high demand for breast in Cambodia and we don't want to suppress anyone.

Anonymous said...

That's what I said Yuon is low.
