Tea Phalla, the deputy director of the National Authority for the fight against AIDS, declared that, in 2008, the PSC organization performed a study in which it found that, daily, Cambodians spent $100,000 to have sex outside of their home (extra-marital sex?), and during each night 20 to 30,000 intercourses are taking place. These statistics show that Cambodia is not a poor country at all. Tea Phalla added that this study indicated that 10% of the youth between the age of 15 and 49 have sex outside of their home, this number climbs to 36% for the 15-24 age group. The preceding number applies mainly to men because only 1% of these numbers are applicable to women. Among women serving in karaoke bars, 14% are dating students. Tea Phalla revealed these statistics on 14 Feb, during his participation to a Valentine day event titled “Truth and misconception regarding sex among the youths.” The event was organized at the Cambodia-Japan cooperation center by the Association for health development where more than 300 students from 20 institutions participated.

Cambodia has spent $36.5 Mil. per year for SEX. This year, when Hun Sen goes bagging, the international givers must consider $36.5 Mil. less.
What? Between 15 and 49 are considered to be youth! GDP is based on how much money people are spending on sex! I might have to write a letter to the president of the United States to stop bail out the auto companies and banks, but to spend on prostitutions instead. How about that for life!

Youth is between 15 - 35 year of age. In the North America, when you are older than 35, you are considered to be an accountable adult. I know because I'm less than 35 and they consider me as a young member of the new generation (banks, unibersities, and goverment).
