Ah Scam Rainxy better to include late fee, 22% compound interest, attorney fee, court fee, ..., and whatever else as well. Otherwise, his party will be suspended from all election until all bill are paid. You got that, motherfuckers?

If Ah Scam Rainxy doesn't pay his late fee, interest, attorney fee, .... This mean it will have to come out of the taxpayers pocket.
That is unfair. I don't want to pay for pouk Ah Scam Rainxy who constantly abused our system.
He should be incarcerated until he paid his own debt, and not having the taxpayers to absorb the fee for his stupidity.
The lifting of Ah Scam Rainxy's immunity is a victory for all Khmer people.

I don't know who is right or who is wrong but here is what I see:
-Mr. Sam Rainsy violated the election laws during the election campaign 2008. then he fined 10million Riels on that violation case by National Election Committee.
- He refused to pay, then NEC sued him to PP Court. the court ordered Mr. Sam Rainsy to pay. He, again, refused still and claimed to use his right as MP.
-then the Ministry of Justice requested the National Assembly(NA) to lift his immunity. Then the NA did the MofJ's favor.
-Today I see on Everyday news ( http://www.everyday.com.kh/services/newsdigest/?date=2/27/2009 ) that Mr. Sam Rainsy wrote a letter to H.M The King for Royal pardon and wanted to donate the 10M Rields fined money to KuntheakBopha Hospital.
Here are my questions:
1- Did Mr. Sam Rainsy violate the laws at the first place? Did he know what he was doing ,violating the law? I always hear opposition party say they want to improve the Law system in Cambodia but why they, themselves, do not follow the laws?
2- In Cambodia, people always say it is a society of impunity. and every time politicians did something wrong and sentenced by court, they always find a royal pardon from H.M The King. Where are their responsibility? are they a part of a culture of impunity?
3- Can Mr. Sam Rainsy donate the money to the hospital instead of paying to NEC? If so, can someone request to go on vacation for a year instead of go to jail if he got sentence a year imprison?
I really want to see a change in Srok Khmer. I want to see a culture of responsibility, good and strong laws system and full of democracy society, and people live in peace and prosperity.
I am looking forward to hear a thoughtful answer from people from legal society. and
if Dr. Lao MongHay see this (because I usually see you comment some time on KI), I am really want to hear from you.

Sam Rainsy lifting immunity:
I would suggest you all not try to be enemy between Khmer and Khmer.
Without Sam Rainsy, Cambodia cannot be called democratic nation. Remember that for a long time the govenerment is very suitable to play with Sam Rainsy party to improve the country and to gain foreign aid. Sam Rainsy plays a great role as opposer against the current government to show international community that Cambodia is plenty of freedom, pluralism and democratic.
Without Sam Rainsy in Cambodian politics, just like a human without eyes!
I strongly hope that he can save Cambodian politics and bring justice at least to the country and as a main actor of international community for the interest of the nation.
I would suggest the King Sihamoni, and the govenernment give him back the immunity as soon as possible. Sam Ransy deserves to be a good politician, no need to blame him anyway.
Keep remind that I am just a nationalist and 100% neutral young man who never vote for any political party!

What are you talking about? Who called Cambodia a Democratic nation? Furthermore, who told you that Khmer people needed democracy to survive? The Ankorian had been known to do fine without it.

Cambodia's under the second phase of the vietnam's rouge. Where things of backward of rightousness rules or dictates people lives.
Vietnam claimed that they got rid of khmer rouge for cambodia. But they are no better than the khmer rouge or communisism heads.
Actually, the only complaint about the Khmer Rouge is the mass graves, and there is none in Vietnam. So Vietnam is okay.
