According to a report by Rasmei Kampuchea, a Khmer-language newspaper, a 30-year-old married man with children and in love with a young neighbor, was arrested for kissing a young damsel’s hair … while she was relieving herself.
Oddly enough, it was when the young woman came out to pee behind her aunt’s house in Chrong Sdav, Takeo province, that the man decided to reveal his flame for her. Angered by the woman’s refusal, the man was able to steal a kiss on a lock of her hair. But, the young’s woman aunt, who must be in cahoots, came out just in time to catch the action.
Arrested because he refused to pay the $500 compensation asked by the outraged victim (on the advice of her aunt, an emulator of the Vespasian [French word play: Vespasien also means public urinal]), the man recognized his fault while trying to minimize the facts. At the police office, the man’s mother offered to pay $200 in compensation, but it was refused. With the impossibility of any negotiation, the police office will have to send the case to the provincial court to decide.

Ki-media should remind of ethical matter while publishing this bad story.
Pouk Ah Scam Rainxy (KI) has no ethic. The worse they can make Khmer image look, the more point the score for their master (As Scam Rainxy) so that he can clean up the Khmer culture as did Pol Pot.
