No one takes responsibility on the killing field because ah kvak hun sen, ah phleu chea sim, heng samrin remain high position and continue to kill khmer people under the control of ah yuon kantop.

Why our father Sihanouk is not in trial?
Why?????????
There is no such a thing as justice in Khmer language. This is the best representation of the current situation in Cambodia.

King Sihanouk is not including in the trial because, he is the best servant of China and Vietnam. Also, his wife is Vietnames-Italian.
Prey Maki (Khmer killed Khmer policy, then killing field from 75-79) was created by Sihanouk. He was the head of Khmer Krahorm from 1975 to mid 1976.
Sihaknuk not on trial because his mother in law pompeang ,brother inlaw omannarin and his wife used to do secret business(treason business) by selling weapons,medecine,food and Sihaknuk himself hidden the vietcong to fight with S.Viet and kill his own people for the master mined Viet Nam so the khmer rouge trial just the play they afraid to put Sihaknuk in and he is spilling the truth,
BUT what ever you put Sihaknuk on trial he has never kill his wife nation Viet Nam and his Master China ,he just point the fingers on the innocent USA which is just wanted to defeat the Communist which is right thing to do.
i know, what many people in cambodia failed to understand is that you can be held responsible for the crime committed under the KR regime by association or affiliation; that also mean foreigner countries out there who turned blind eyes and who supported their cause and who caused or created the problem in the first place as well. perhaps all was guiilty by association and affiliation. it's like using a scapegoat, you know. guilty by reason of association doesn't mean you have to actually committed the crime to be found guilty, it means if there are overwhelming evident that you encouraged, supported, ignored what you saw happened, etc... you are still the culprit. it's called delegation of duty to others in the entire chain of command, you know. it's not hard to understand when you study it and think about it! thank you.
Don't worry what was done to khmer will soon be done in return to those who causes the suffering.
