talk about irresponsible minister! perhaps someone better ought to replace him if he can't do his job right! wake up from your hibernation, people, cambodia can't afford have people like that as leader in the ministry ,etc... if can't do the job, then let other capable people have a chance, perhaps, then cambodia will be a better place for all to enjoy. god bless cambodia.
