Thailand and Cambodia on Friday agreed to solve their joint border problems through peaceful means in a meeting between Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen.
The two leaders met during Mr Abhisit's official visit to Cambodia.
Mr Abhisit said that, in solving border problems, the two sides agreed to exchange information in meetings at various levels of both military and administrative officials to avoid border conflict.
He said the two countries also agreed that Thailand will transfer two Cambodian prisoners it is holding to Cambodia, which will do likewise with two Thai prisoners being held in Cambodia. The two countries do not have an extradition treaty.

Thailand promise nothing! don't ever trust Thailand, they said one thing and do other thing instead! Khmer had a huge lesson from thailand in the past already, Thailand/Viet are good in playing soft games of tricks....
How many time do i have to say? Upgrade Military power is the only way to stand up against these Nieghbouring greedy!! Just take a look at North Korea, we don't need to have Nuclear weapons like them? just enough to protects our motherland.....

Cambodia must build their military power, inorder to face these fucken agressor neighbors country! we just need modernize weaponary and good equips for all khmer soldiers....

if the thai stop wanting to steal preah vihear from cambodia, then we wouldn't have any problem mutually speaking. stop dreaming already thailand, this is the new cambodia, not the one in the dark ages when you can steal a lot of our lands, temples, culture, identity, etc, etc... enough already; respect goes both ways, you know! god bless cambodia.

Nowadays cambodia is different, this is 21st Cent. cambodia is not easy to manipulated like you used to in the past!, if you wanted to live in peace with cambodia, stop encroaching and stop trying to steal more lands-territory from khmer, you"Siamese" had taken enough territory from Khmer already!! stop dreaming and greeds!, and so is Vietnamese governments!!
Cambodia must strenght her military power!! don't let these neighbors look down on you anymore...
It doesn't matter what size and how small you are, if you are strong with military power they have to think twice before.......?
