Yesterday, the Appeal court did not hold its hearing in the lawsuit case against SRP MP Mu Sochua in which the Phnom Penh municipal court made her lose the case against Hun Xen. The reason for the hearing delay was due to the fact that Mrs. Mu Sochua is not currently in Cambodia. Yim Sovann, SRP spokesman, said on Tuesday that the Appeal Court seems to delay the hearing as requested by Mrs. Mu Sochua who is currently visiting the US. Ouk Savuth, the deputy prosecutor of the Appeal court, summoned Mrs. Mu Sochua to come to the Appeal court on Tuesday regarding her appeal on the decision handed down by the Phnom Penh municipal court, in which she lost the case to Hun Xen and she was ordered to pay 16.5 million riels ($4,150) in fine. Yim Sovann said that he does not know when Mrs. Mu Sochua will return back to Cambodia.

It is really funny that the Appeal Court in Cambodia didn't hold its hearing because MP Mu Sochua is in overseas. Actually, if the Court issued the summone for the hearing at any date, MP Mu Sochua has to come, but this time, the Court has to delay its hearing because her absent.
If Mu Sochua can delay the Apeal Court hearing, how she can say that the Court in Cambodia is a tool of the Cambodian government??
I think if the Mme Mu doesn't present at the court, there are not much fun so the Appeal court has to delayed its session.
Since Mu Sochua lost the defamation case against PM Hun Sen, she looks like a wounded dog comes to redeem herself in USA with her white man (Bigger and longer than Khmer's guy) before she starts the next battle in the appeal Court. I don't think she can delay the Appeal Court hearing whatever she wants, unless she's stop coming back to Cambodia.

Please don't disturb Mrs. Mu Sochua enjoy her skills on the bed with her white man in the U.S. We should leave her alone and let her save more energy for the next round with Hun Sen.
White guy never like anybody else beside the woman.Some khmer people always said hate Vietnames,but they still act like Vietnames and still love with Vietnames girl.The Vietnames people live in USA always rich,because they always working together,but Cambodian never working together just racing to people.That why we can not make Cambodian loving each other.

I ain't entirly agreed with ya, when ye unquestionally said that da Viets live in USA always rich. I think therefore I am undoubtedly believing that more da Viets as simply as myself are lower class and uneducated folks.
