New Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada assured his Cambodian counterpart Saturday that despite a change of government in Japan, policy toward Cambodia remains unchanged, Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong said after meeting with Okada.

they can't even spell mr. hor nam hong's name right. go figure! the srp and their small group are just a bunch of extremist who do not want to see cambodia grow and develop, etc... of course, they think every of themselves only, and often are blinded and forget that there are more to cambodia than your type of thinking of outdated mentality. their old-fashioned thinking is so outdated and lightyears behind the rest of the world, really. perhaps, it goes to show that they aren't really smart as they want to keep cambodia and majority of khmer people ignorant like during the dark ages era so youn and siem thieves can continue to steal from ignorant khmer people again. wake up, people. there are more to cambodia than you and i, really!
