thanks to your letters concerning the cambodian's sufferings and their rights and their plights as human toward their progresses.
Questions noneless are toward the RGC in serving cambodians. This barbaric acts,to so many know that had happened in the past.
Crying out loud by poor cambodians for help,only ends up with losses of life,dignity and the very rights as cambodians.And these losses are perpetrated by cambodian authorities,in the names of GREED and ELITES.
Only international communities that bear influence upon this Government can help,as so many departments are controlled.
The persistance will follow and none of assistance of RGC will be ready as officials continue with their dream in the past.
