Evil Le Kha Phieu stole a lot of golds and diamonds in Cambodia and shipped it back to Vietnam to make a fortune for himself and his Vietcongs regime. Evil Le Kha Phieu committed this crime when he led Vietcongs-invader army into Phnom Penh and the city still was a ghost town--no one watching over one's properties and houses.
Le Kha Phieu ordered the stealings of all properties that he could find. Khmer SHOULD protest against this war-criminal Le Kha Phieu and petition the International Court of Justice to put this Vietcong monster on trial at the Hague for crime against humanity.
