I don't trust the Viet tech.
i think they should ban any kind of nuclear power plant in all of southeast asia, including cambodia, of course. this kind of power production required strict operation, security, expertise, etc; and i don't think these people know the business well. accidence can happen and that's all it takes. even in the US, we can see that they don't really encourage nuclear power plant to produce electricity. i think of all the world nuclear power, only france uses more nuclear power plants for electricity, etc... think about it, ok! sometimes, money is not everything, really! think about safety, security, environment, people's lives, etc, first, not money!
yes, you need a lot of back up plans for this. make sure to study thoroughly before allowing it, not to mention radiation poisoning, etc...
