That will teach Khmer a lesson, that when you travel oversea..the Cambodian corruption of buying the is not applied. It only in your kingdom...your bud head....
that was a systemmatic corruption to corrupt all Cambodian by ah Kwack Hun Xen goverment choymaray!!!!!
Let's be fair, folks. When it comes to corruption, all ASEAN countries are all alike. ok
Some are hiding their dirty laundries better than others.
When I was in college...I was traveling with a son general from Thailand...we urg him to get visa to travel from Italy to Greece...but he wouldn't listion...he said "money talk", when we ready to leave Italy to Greece, he was trying to offer the money to the official, but the offical was nice, wouldn't take the money, but wouldn't let him leave for Greece either. So we left him in Italy and told him to meet us back in France in a week! Now almost two decades later, I am seeing similar thing is happening with "new Khmer rich"...they are thinking that "money talk" is everywhere in the world...Waik up New Khmer rich...your money is only work in your kingdom under SenVarman...don't bring your "senVarman" laws to use outside of your little Kingdom...By the way let us know how jail in Malaysia is likes...I am sure is still better than your "SenVarman" Kingdom..
Mr. Moon can you see that mR. Yaguy said thruth ! Ah Hun Xen is destying our nation with systematic corruption!!!!!!!!
please help us reform the justice , police and aremy as said in Paris agreement!
And also about drawing our frontier!!!
PM Hun Sen should have done the same thing to provincial officials who allowed illegal business people dug reservoir around Boeung Tonle Sap Lake, and taken a cut, bribed, scams etc...These Local Authority must be punish inorder to teach them a lesson!!
Hay Mr. 1:30 am, so what you are saying is that if other countries are doing it...it is OK for the Khmer to do it too..than how come this Khmer had been jail? He must be one of an unluck or very bad Karma indeed...maybe you can tell him to give aways some of his fortune to the poor in Cambodia to rebuild his Karma...by the way, another best country in ASEAN to corrupt the official would be in Singapore and Thailand, try that...
I agree! these people had destroyed everything around Beoung Tonle Sap Lake, Govts should strip down all the money they had made from scams...return them to state!
This Cham Cambodian understands now that his muslim cousin is a lot less kinder than his boudhist Cambodian brothers.
Come on 1:59 am, are you sure that the money will be return to the state? How about he himself is the State! Money from Tonle Sape is a little, how about the lost of tax revenue of over 500 million US dollars to the state every year...who are those people doing it??????
I have never seen Hun Sen punish any officials yet..? remembered Ah Ty Sakun?(Forest minister) he screwed up real bad, and Hun Sen just warning him...that's about it! most of corrupted people are Govts provincil officials, local authority they all corrupted and crooked...they kept allow ellegal business people do whatever they wanted, as long as they pay the share...or the cut!
PROBLEM DON'T COME TO YOU!!!
YOU CAUSED TO THE PROBLEM!!!
LUCKILY THIS DUDE DIDN'T GET CANE!

In Malaysia you only give them money If you are on the right because they can make you very inconvenience but If you are in the wrong there are people there who will accept money and some want fame in this case it's the fame. Malasia is not much better in terms of corruption but in a more civilizes way
I may recall the statement by Khmer PM that he was ashamed to the world by a group of khmer MPs when they told the public when Japanese Government would not build for the khmer a Nak Leung bridge. Because they are too dumb.
Now The Khmer PM would be shameful to hear his Khmer nationality was arrested for bribery the Malayian police officer. This Khmer man is so stupid.
He has an expired passport- best option was a little money for the expired passport. Maybe his business required expedient that he forgot about his about to expire passport and got caught in the rush of making a fortune in Malaysia.
Cambodia is said to have a systematic corruption from top to bottom. How could one be charged or convicted if each and every law enforcer is also corrupt.
Yes 12:02 pm - this is exactly the point that had raised...if the one suppose to enforce the law of corruption, but s/he him/herself is corrupt...than should s/he turn himself/herself in the name of the law? This is an institutional of corruption which have been accept as a norm for the whole society. Event the teacher that suppose to teach the young between the wrong and right, but they must find the way to earn their living so they have to take a few hundred riels from the 5 or 6 yrs old children...thus, the youngs are already accept that as the norn....govt. has eyes, but refue to see, has ears, but refue to hear, has power, but refue to take action...if the government refue to educate their population...how can they governce their subject?...Wouldn't that be just like the farmer lead cows down the rice field...just take order...? Site around in mass and clab their hands?..this is indeed a sad thing to think about for the Khmer's future..
