There's are hundreds of millions of dollars donated to Cabodian redcross annually yet our people still the poorest among the world. By ratio to the population, there's more aid to Cambodia then any country in SE Asia. Think about it we have only about 14 million peoople and there's over a billion dollar in aid a year. How can we be the poorest! Corruptions! Yes! Corruptions will kill people and the nation.
Mr.Scott Neeson should be the president of the Cambodian Red Cross. This woman knows nothing about the poor or the kids running around the street or dumpster.
