Why Khmer still do the tradition, keeps brought all the students came to welcome the mortals enemies for? I don't seen any European or U.S. they do like Khmer people did. Let the students stayed in school morons why wasted time came to congratulation the mortals enemies.
It is called communist styled welcoming. That is why you don’t see it in Western countries. Sihanouk probably imported this kind of welcoming to Cambodia.
