The Phnom Penh municipal court issued a summons for Kem Sokha, president of the Human Rights Party (HRP), to show up to court on 06 September in regards to the breach of trust and falsification of private letter lawsuit brought up by Dr. Chhim Phal Vorun, a former employee of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) NGO. Kem Sokha summons does not look feasible, Yem Pohnarith, the HRP spokesman, told Kampuchea Thmei over the phone in the afternoon of 31 August. Yem Ponharith indicated that Kem Sokha is currently overseas and he will return back to Cambodia on 14 October. Regarding the court summons for Kem Sokha, Yem Pohnarith said that the latter could write to the court to delay the case as he is on mission overseas. Kem Sokha was the former CCHR president, he later resigned from this NGO to form the HRP. Prior to his resignation from the CCHR, Kem Sokha was sued by his former employees who accused him of corruption, embezzlement of employee funds as well as various planning budget funds.

Its Kangaroo courts waste no time in bringing bogus charges or getting arrest warrant against its main official oppositon members. Last week in PA Mr.Kem Sokha also lied that he never put such condition on SRP to change its name upon merging. Everyone knows he did. In addition, he bitching about SRP. I heard the interview on radio, they were whinning and attacking SRP more attacking CPP.

The communists are very smart in the bad way. After I read all comments, I understand that some people pretended to be a HRP member and tried to blame on SRP. However, the other groups pretended to be a SRP member and tried to blame on HRP. My understanding is that all of these people are Yourn’s slaves, CPP members, because what they did is giving Yourn benefit, not encouraging nationalism ideas, and they intended to separate Khmer into different groups and make us fight each other.
I’m not a member of any group, as a Konn Khmer I don’t blame on any body who I called him a “Khmer Compatriot”; I will help him as much as possible, if I can. However, if I don’t agreed with them, that the way do will not succeed, I will find my own way to help my country. By not blaming each other, I believed that one day all Khmer nationalist groups would merge into a big group.
My advise is that if your call yourself as a Khmer nationalist; don’t do any thing to separate Khmer. K Sokha and Sam Rainsy are Khmer nationalist, but they just have their own way to work on, one day they will merge. In one point they will have to meet, if they have the same nationalist ideas, this is the law of nature.
