How about the wording of their oath? It puts any gangster language into shame.

Ah aom yin teang took an oath instead of all ah bastard guys without the presentation of the monkey king at appeal court without the statue of the evil spirit which is the khmer culture. They are just pretend to pledge, but they will commit such crimes and corruptuion as the parliamentarians who took an oath but they committed crimes and corruption.

The words of pledge are precious,but did not put those promises to apply mean nothing.The Anti-Corruption Unit just a bunch of persons who did not know the laws,could not practice the laws.These guys like an old Khmer proverb said,"Don't bend Sralao(a fragile plant), don't give advice to a lousy person".Or like someone pouring water on the duck head.

give it time, it's only the beginning. cambodia must strengthen the anti-corruption institution, a way to talk about it and discourage corruption that only hurt our country and people, really! god bless cambodia.
