Sam Rainsy, do not use the life and suffering of innocent people for your own political game. If you want to sue, why wait almost 10 years to do it. Why the last time you agree with Hun Sen to remove all charges because you want HS to help you remove law suit by prince Rannarith.

There are reports stated the FBI findings that the culprits were the bodyguards of Sam Rainsy. Those, however, were the forces of the E70, one of the Hun Sen's bodyguard battalions.
So the culprits were fired from E70 before they became Sam Rainsy's bodyguards. They are later killed or have been missing until now. Only 1 of them is now living in Netherland as a refugee with the support of UNHCR. He is still active with the Sam Rainsy party.

I was browsing on google and typed in the key words "US District Court Southern District of New York summoned Prime Minister Hun Sen", and the 38 pages documents show up. Below is the actual proof of that Hun Sen was served with a summon to appear in the US Court in 2005. Lol.
Adequacy of Service:
Defendant Hun Sen was served with copies of the complaint and accompanying summons and court rules during his stay in New York in mid-September, 2005 through his security detail and the hotel staff at the hotel where he was a temporary resident during his stay, with supplementary service provided through the Defendant’s legal representatives in the U.S. who are so listed by the U.S Government under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), and subsequently through delivery of complaint, summons, court rules and notice of initial Court hearing to the New York and Washington, D.C. embassies of the Government of Cambodia.
Actual Notice:
Indeed, in the Defendant’s reply he acknowledges that one of the legal representatives under FARA who had been served with process sent notice of the case to the Defendant through the Cambodian Embassy, providing, at a minimum, de facto service and actual notice to the Defendant. Further evidence of actual notice was provided when a high level staff member of the Embassy of Cambodia in Washington, D.C. contacted the Plantiffs’ attorney on two occasions on November 8 and November 10 by telephone to make specific inquires concerning the Court hearing in the case that had been scheduled by the Court for December 2.

Here are reasons why Chinese in Cambodia couldn't have settled in Cambodia prior to the "Angkor Khmer Empire Era"
China was once conquered by Genghis Khan of the Mongol Empire 1206-1227. Then on the other hand, there was never any evidence of Genghis Khan and the Mongol Army ever invading the Khmer Empire. So if China was taken over by the Mongols during that time, what would Chinese be doing in Cambodia during the Khmer Empire?? King Jayavaraman VII reigned during the years 1181-1215, and Genghis Khan reigned during the years 1206-1227. Therfore, how is it possible for the Chinese to migrate to Cambodia, unless a later King granted the Chinese to seek refuge in the Khmer Empire to escape the Mongols. The Chinese is more of a minority in every country it migrates to except in their own country. This explains why there are Chinese ethnic minorities in the Phillipines, Malaysia, Nepal, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, in many other parts of the world and so on trying to spread their influence with their Chinese sword fighting movies and changing other countries history. Everywhere their people migrate to, they tend to think their ancestors been there since the countries ancient days especially if the country had an ancient glorious history. When in fact they had their own ancient turmoil with the mongols.

There is no question that the cpp lost the general election in 1997. The reason is Mr. Hun Xen did not want to give up power to Prince Rannaridth, so he staged the coup which ousted Rannaridth at that time. Mr. Hun Xen is clearly a criminal
