Cambodian adults – any Asian men – ANY adult (over 18 years old) who sexually abuse a child (under 18 years old) is a PERVERT, a SICKO and a CRIMINAL.
S/he needs to be shunned by society and face the consequences of the law!

If anyone caught in the act, i suggest, they should be killed straight away before they re-commit their crimes and hurt someone else. Harsh panishment always work! It works all the times when we use Asian Rule and not the white rule as it is useless. In USA these kind of people never learn, after they came out of jail they then do it again and sometimes, it worst than before. So, kill, kill and kill because they are not human, the animal but in a human form. or they are evil people and it is ok to kill evil people because they are mean and have no feeling, or mercy for anyone.
Change the damn headline to "Adult men pedophiles = CRIMINALS", not just Cambodian, stupid idiot!
