World skills ASEAN Bangkok (Nov. 2010)

PURPOSE
To contribute to human resource development of Cambodia, participating in training and promotion of economic and technological skills in Cambodia through a permanent transfer, including the Khmer Diaspora, science, technology and know-how developed countries.

MISSION
Creating Futures, the Center for Technical and Vocational Training in Cambodia, Kram Ngoy Center (CKN), the CKN-able to train young people and adults in various fields to make them able to fit into the national economy and there play a dynamic role.



CONCEPT
The "CKN" means the future training center, but also, by extension, the project, program or organization that promotes the realization of this center. The CKN is not only a humanitarian effort, but a work of National Solidarity long breath, looking for leverage, and given the vocation to last.
It built, outside of Cambodia, an organized, confident in itself to achieve autonomy, taking axis on the endogenous development of its resources in order to transfer knowledge, train in time, and effectively manage the aid necessary for its realization. This patient approach and persevering, taking account of cultural and mental, is based on skills from outside the country but also on the experience and proven energy at field. It is characterized by its flexibility and adaptability, inspired by the existing local needs and realities. The CKN plays more roles of pacemaker and support as a direct actor.

While developing the technical, scientific and professional competence, the training aims of human qualities: character, opening spirit, autonomy, initiative and determination. The CKN also considered essential, the opening of Cambodia to the knowledge of the outside. It intends to participate in the development of their transfer and exchange.

The CKN is based on two peer entities: - in France and abroad: a structure of support, technical, scientific and feasible, financial, physical (skills bank, other resources). - Cambodia: a center training and employ-ability.

COOPERATION
CKN mobilizes and unites people of goodwill and Cambodian friends in Cambodia and developing countries which constitute technical forces, moral, intellectual, material and financial invaluable to help educate, train and rebuild Cambodia.

cambodia should have more organization like this to train and educate people for job, counseling, etc, as they need help.
