Utilisé depuis comme complice et confident de SKP, le son sous-main princier, connue comme "mauvais tacticien" et cadre militaire "peu brillant", par rapport aux généraux HUN Phoeung et Khan Savoeun dans le corps de militaire de FUNCINPEC une des branches de la résistance vietnamienne, "n'avait guère selon le prince Norodom Chakrapong, brillé de ses propres stratégies d'infiltration" sur le sol khmer remodelé en communisme.
On va le découvrir plus maintenant.

Comme sa toute dernière oeuvre tactique avortée, NBC n'avait pas pu protéger la résidence princière lors des attaques par les hommes de HUN SEN en ces 5-6 juillet 1997 et ce, il avait bien que involontairement, permis aux milliers documents vidéo et sonores de se faire voler par les "ennemis", secrètement soudoyés par le chauffeur et aide de camp du prince, le général CHAU Soung, un des "pions" de la résidence princière au même titre que le directeur de cabinet princier, LY Thuc son "confident".
Tous ils prétendent "servir" la Nation et se faire pendre au nom du Trône, mais tous ils optent d'abord pour l'oppression contre leur peuple peuple, loin des soucis princier avant de se débiner comme "traites" de leur prince, toujours peu soucieux et invisible.
Le spleen & Moralité:
Les hommes du prince n'étaient guère des Saint sauveurs! De ce fait, le povoir au peuple permettrait peut être à la Nation de survivre le prochain catastrophe en préparation.
