An official from the jail department of the ministry of Interior (MoI) indicated yesterday that the prison population was on the rise in 2010 when compared to 2009. Kuy Bun Sen, the deputy director of the jail department of the MoI indicated that up to 15 Dec 2010, the number of prisoners is 14,043 and 915 of whom are women. This is an increase by 718 prisoners (407 of whom are women) from the 2009 population number. He indicated also that up to 15 Dec 2010, there is an additional 6,836 new prisoners, 642 of whom are women.

If Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet remove the tablet it is show they are extremely coward and his star are just joy stars given by his daddy not by patriotism. Dr. Hun Manet is very coward as his daddy they only aim to kill innocent cambodians that all. Dr. Hun SEn and Dr. ten stars Hun Manet are very great at bullying cambodians and killing Cambodians but cowardly toward Thai and Viet.
Seriously where is the win win policy of Dr. Hun Sen represent. The country is getting smaller and shamer by Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet.
Any nation with a leader in office for almost 30 years isn’t exactly promoting Democratic principles.

The government should be happy having more prisoners. They should put all of them to work as manual laborer to rebuild infrastructure to repay their debt to society. In return, they get three meal a day.
Locking them in jail is a waste of resources.
