Up to now, the public wants to know opposition leader Sam Rainsy’s action to serve the Cambodian people during his absence from Cambodia.
During the past 6 months, opposition leader Sam Rainsy, President of the Sam Rainsy party, fled overseas after the Svay Rieng provincial court sentenced him in absentia at the beginning of August 2010 to 2-year of jail time and fined him close to 60 million riels (~$15,000) after charging him with uprooting of border stakes between Cambodia and Vietnam in October 2009.
Later on, the Phnom Penh municipal court added an additional 10-year jail sentence on Sam Rainsy after accusing him of falsification of documents when he produced Cambodia’s border maps displayed by Google. However, Sam Rainsy, as well as civil society organizations consider the court sentences as a political bias by the ruling party.
The following is the interview by Mrs. Meoung Tum from Washington DC with opposition leader Sam Rainsy on the above topic:

Traitor Hun Sen has more Crimes than any other in Cambodia' history.
His Crime as follows :
1)- Brought Yuon to Invade Cambodia. (2nd. Killing fields, Looting and Raping the whole country)
2)- Created K-5 plan.(Aprox. 600,000 Killed)
3)- Bombast in front of the old ASS. (Hundred Killed and wounded)
4)- Coup D'etat 1997 (Aprox. 13,000 Killed)
5)- Koh Pich Murder (Aprox 400 Killed)
6)- Cut land to Yuon Enemy
All these crimes are enough evidences for International Prosecution.
I ask all khmer to file International lawsuit against Hun Sen for his "Axis of Evil" on Khmer People. And make The CASE "OO4" for KRT. backed by United Nation.

You should lay out more specific strategy. It is very important for the opposition party. This kind of tactic to generate anger toward Hun Sen that he has used for so long, I think it might not work any more. He has to adapt to new situation.
The opposition has to work on human resource and carefully adopt any policy. The one that allow one MP to serve only haft term of parliament might lead to conflict. Anyway let wait and see.
Sam Rainsy had his chance to be part of the solutions for Cambodian,but he blew it. The window of opportunity is gone !!
Just look back to his party history, he used to be part of Ranarith party and they won the election. It was under Ranarith leadership.
But he was not satisfy, he thought he could do better by himself and he forgot about "United we stand".
Since then, his party is going down hill, but instead of looking into his own faults, he tried very hard to blame evrything on the Gov. without offering the alternative solutions to the problems.
He thought that he could be a Cambodian heroe by pointing finger on Gov. faults. It is not how you define "Heroe". It is not the definition for any body in the world except SRP members.
If Cambodian can survive the Khmere Rouge, then Cambodian can survive through this.
Therefore, Cambodian can live without Sam Rainsy !!!!!
If you don't do anything you don't make a mistake and there is nothing to blame.
But, it is not good to point fingure on some one who is trying to do some thing. If you keep doing that, then no body want to do any thing.
If, he is so good, why didn't the US back him up ?????
Sam Rainsy said," Mike suck my dick, you little Youn whore."
NOTHING is impossible.
As history can tell, political games shift and changes more than the winds.
As the cpp forcefully into power, can also be taken down by other power.
Nothing currupted will last!

Mr. Sam Rainsy, you had the chance in 2005 to bring HS down but you let it passed. And now HS has more power and he attacked you until today. Someone once said "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it" All Khmer people need to learn from the past which includes the khmer rouge genocide and the K5 plan. This way we can prevent it from happening again.
sam rainsy always runs and hides in france when he violates khmer law. he thinks he can get away all the time because his adopted country france gave him refuge while khmers in cambodia have no where to run and hide except the mountains, the forests, relative homes, etc! how can khmer people trust overseas srp! that's why khmer people don't like him; he's chicken all the time, runs aways everytime!
