Synopsis:
Khieu Samphan was one of the closest collaborators of Pol Pot and the one the fronted the KR movement. He has succeeded in living his life without being held accountable for the Khmer Rouge crimes, until his arrest in 2007. Swedish filmmakers D. Aronowitsch & S. Lindberg have followed him two years before his arrest. FACING GENOCIDE (94 mins, 2010) is a search into the personality of Khieu Samphan. The film gives insight into his mindset and his close relation to Pol Pot. It is a unique story about an ex-leader, the time before his arrest and before he is put on trial. Film is presented by lawyer/book author Theary Seng, one of the film’s protagonists.

I think Keat Chhon was the one who was the closest of Pol Pot because he was Pol Pot personal advisor.
He should be called for trial too.
He left Cambodia soon after 1970 during his mission to represente Cambodia( Lon Nol Government) for economic talk in USA. But he has defected to Beijing during that time.
Do we need to cover up all these criminals? What is the point to cover-up these criminals?

In Cambodian buddhist Para, the Buddha has revealed 12 misdeed to lead into destruction.
1-If you are a good person and you are hoing to be employed by bad person, that will lead to a destruction.
2-If you were bornt from a royal family and was lazy and had never educated and wanted to be King, that will lead into destruction.
3-If you know a person is very bad and you are still making friend with that person, that will lead to destruction.
4-If you are an old man and want to marry with a young girl, that will lead to destruction.
5-If you have foods and you are hidding from your hungry parents, that will lead to destruction
and manymore.
Cambodian are mostly Buddhist, I wondered how many have learnt buddhist and have practiced in their daily lives?
I am sure Phd graduated khmer in Sydney, Khiev Sam Phann, Chhang Song are not considering to these Para at all. I am sure sooner or later, they will face these destructions.

Khieu Samphan, Hou Nim , Hou Yon are good men if you research properly since they all left Paris back home.
1. Not every single Khmer Viet Minh is bad.

3. Not every single KR is a killer.
4. Not every single of Sam Rainsy Party member is perfect.
So Hu Nim , Hou Youn and Khiev Samphan are all 3 of good men among other Khhmer.
How far can Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge tribunal go? As a Khmer I am sure that all Khmer victims and their family want the Khmer Rouge Tribunal go as far as the real justice is . The reality is that this Khmer Rouge Tribunals or ECCC can not go to even cases 003 and 004. Why? The answers is very clear that even they trial and let the ohters 4 Khmer Rouge 1. Noun Chea 2. Ieng Sary , Ieng Thirith and Khieu Samphan speak out they will be invoved so many other high ranking officials like CPP, Youn Hanoi, china , former Soviet Union and US . All Khmer wake up do not fall into CPP and Youn Hanoi dirty trick like this fake ECCC court and also about Preah Vihear Temple do not forget the East our Khmer border with Youn , youn have posting illegally 375 border posts along Khmer-Youn border compare Preah Vihear to the East we have lost land a lot to the East . Wake up all Khmer home and abroad before it is too late like Champa, Khmer Kampuchea-Krom and Lao all of these countries are the victims of Indochina Federation.
All Khmer Rouge who have been detained all have serious heal problems as follow:
1. Ieng Sary has had heart condition;
even before in custody.
2 Ieng Thirith has had severe depression even before in custody.
3. Noun Chea has had a stroke , hardly get up or sit down without assistance .
4. Khieu Samphan has had a minor stroke before in custody and severe stroke when he has been in custody as Mr. Reach Sambath but Khieu Samphan survived the stroke.
A lot of trials been going in this ECCC behind closed doors but not many time in public.
Why this ECCC so afraid of the four detainees speaking out.
The main jobs of this ECCC as follow:
1 . Keep detaining.
2 . No proper public trials .
3. Convict the four.
4. Lives imprison the four.
5. Close down the ECCC and proclaim succes ( justice done ) for the Khmer victims and their families between 1975-1979.
So far we all Khmer home and abroad have heard and seen CPP have used every dirty tricks to obstruct this ECCC process.
Why CPP so afraid of the four detainees speaking out?
He and mong many other khmer leaders, all are criminals e.g. the King who created Lon nol then Pol Pot including Hun Sen. So, the most criminal mind behind all this is the king!.
He was a mad dog who know nothing but sex and pleasure. He said he was neutral but then he was a back stabber to other nations. He said he hated Viet and then he befriend with viet behind the American. He said he hated Chinese then he befriend with the Chinese by allowing the nguru to sent back home to be excuted after being warned about human right approaches. So, whatever he did was for his own craziness and ambition.
He was supposed to be a king only and should not be involved in politic matters because he was not critable enough to do that. So, the main criminals are the king and his gang that he created. Actually the King himself should be on trial like Sudam Hunsen. Why didn't America put him on trial? because they know that there is no benefit for them.
The American know that USSR, China, and the Viet are behind this stupid king and allowing this stupid king to continue to play game with khmer people and nation. Slowly, they all will consume the whole Khmer country. They all are very smart, like right now there are more viets and chinese migrating into the country and slowing eliminating real khmer from being existed.
20 years from now the new generations will be emerged into a new transition, that is viet-khmer, chinese-khmer etc, eventually that is it. The king and his klan will no longer existed. For the present khmer king there will be no time left. He will be finished once his time come.
From then on, there will be no more king left to put oppression on people, even Hun Sen and his gang will also have to go as well, why? because the end has to come and this time it will be gone for good, that is the righteous will live forever and the wicked will be terminated.
Stop bad-mouthing Sihanouk or I'll sue you all.

So much has been said about Khieu Samphan-- whether good or bad. However, since he joined the bloody regime, he also shares the responsibility of that bloody regime. There is no doubt about it.
Take this opportunity I want to talk about Border conflict and about the urging to UN, I think now, thailand is busy managing the election, then thailand takes a break for its election after election thailand will play political game with Hun Sen,
How about Viet's slave, Hoon Sen? what is his mission ? Why he is fucking quiet ?why he stops all his appeal for UN ?

Even though, often I publicly confess that I am unashamedly illiterate, I undoubtedly agree with our beloved 1:53PM about the three moderates, Hu Nim, Hou Youn, and Khiev Samphon.
Perhaps, Khiev Samphon was less patriotically broken heart than Hu Nim and Hou Youn after the fall of Phnom Pehn, April 17, 1975. That was a simple reason why he was relatively getting along with Pol Pot.
Why SihanoukVarman is still blessfully walking free?

We all so far have seen and heard about CPP has done every thing to obstruct the ECCC or Khmer Rouge Trials Process which means CPP has been afraid of the four detainees who have been detained by this ECCC as follow:
1. Keep detaining the four.
2. No proper or public hearing ( let the four speak out as much as and long as they want to .
3. Convict the four.
4. Lives sentences the four.
5. Court ( ECCC ) close down and proclaim success= justice done.
So why CPP so afraid of the four detainees speaking out regarding to 1.7 million brutally murdered.
