I would like to kindly inform you that People Living in Unified Society (PLUS) will be conducting training on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) at the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) located in the compound of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).
The training is designed with the main purpose of enhancing knowledge of and skills of the Project Cycle Management – problem analysis, project planning, project implementation, and project monitoring and evaluation – to middle and top management working in NGOs and donor communities, in particular to those who play an active role in developing project proposals to potential donors.
Anyone with much involvement in leading and managing projects on a daily basis such as Executive Directors, Program Managers, Grants Managers, Fundraising Managers, Monitoring and Evaluation Managers, as well as for those who have ambition to hold the above-mentioned positions in the near future is highly recommended to attend.
Training fee is US$350 per participant including lunch break, training kit, handouts, and coffee refreshments. Any organization sending 3 staff or above to participate the training will be granted 10 percent off.
To suit your availability individually, the training is divided into 3 different groups with its date and timeframe as follows:
- Group I (weekend class): September 3-4, 2011 and September 10-11, 2011 and September 17-18, 2011 (8:00 am – 11:30 am and 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
- Group II (full-time class): September 5-9, 2011 (7:30 am – 11:30 am and 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm)
- Group III (part-time class): August 29 to 1 September, 2011 and September 5-8, 2011 and September 12-15, 2011 and September 19-22, 2011 (6:00 pm – 8:30 pm)
The deadline for application is August 26, 2011. Failure to return your completed training application form within the given deadline may affect your eligibility.
