oh, we're sorry to sound like we don't favor NGOs that helped cambodia in many ways. i think what cambodia is saying is that we wish everyone to obey the existing rule of law, regulations, ethical code of conduct, etc, not unappreciative like you interpreted, ms elizabeth becker. cambodia and khmer people always appreciate all NGOs generosity and good works to give much needed assistance to our country cambodia and our khmer people from all walks of life, especially during difficult time like the aftermath of the KR killing spree and destruction. please accept cambodia's sincere appreciation for your godly assistance. thank you very much on behalf of cambodia and khmer people from all walks of life. god bless us all.
It's a shame to be Khmer like you. Since 26 years, Hun Sen is in power. There is no great big thing for Cambodia. I'm just saying that if not n'vait peace accords in Paris in 1991. Cambodia has disappeared from the world map. Hun Sen only give land to Khmer Youns. History will judge!
