i still say cambodia and all khmer people need to really learn from the entire world. khmer people shouldn't dwell permanently on the 1991 peace treaty because time changed since 20 years ago. khmer people should learn to adapt with time and changes. there are certain identity of khmer we all want to preserve and there are some useless ones too that khmer want to forget and abolish. i think khmer people should learn to adapt to time and changes. of course, we shouldn't forget the 1991 paris peace agreement because it is now become a part of our textbook history; however, khmer shouldn't worship it or thinking that it was the one thing to bring about peace and cooperation to cambodia issue, you know! it was true that the 1991 paris peace agreement ignite the beginning of peaceful solution on cambodia problem, however, it not the only way we can find a peaceful solution if we look for other ways
keep in mind the 1991 peace agreement is not a khmer constitution so please don't treat it as such, you know! it is good for cambodia to mark the date, but it's still not the supreme law of the land of the khmer people, really!
Ms Nguyen sounded smart for awhile, until she rambled repeatedly about crap. Ms Nguyen are you saying we should or shouldn't bid by the Paris Peace Act? Why and why not?
