Confusing about this institution!!!!!!!
What kind of responsibility has this organization on the national education system in Cambodia?
From my experience, the general education needs to follow the rule of the ministry or the institution of education of the country.
Most of the teachers are employees of the state, except the teachers of the private schools; they are free teachers and of course employees of the private institutions.
These called free teachers have of course to respect the rule, but have not right to say or dictate into the school curriculum or the educational system of the ministry of education.
