KR victims such as Vann Nath died in poverty and poor health without receiving a single dime of help from the ECCC. On the other hand, the ECCC has enough funds to publish the advertisement below in a major newspaper in Phnom Penh. What do you think of this ICKY (oops, we meant ECCC) Circus Maximus Stupidus on display in the Kingdoom of Wonder?

The Ttial of Case 002 which hopefully will take place very soon but will face a lot of obstacles from CPP and UN .
Because Hun Sen and UN has sign a deal as follow :
1. The detainees of Case 002 must talk between 1975-1979 only.
2. The agreement which sign by CPP ( Hun Sen ) and UN must trial only 4 of Case 002.
Why CPP and UN limited a number of people?
Why CPP and UN limited a period between 1975-1979?
Why UN agree with CPP, Hun Sen to limited years of event and number of detainees even before the court opening up and fullfill their duties?
So these anwers is this is Hanoi-US ECCC in Cambodia.
They protect only real Khmer rouge but Khmer after 17 April has no values for them.

Above were some Khmer Viet Minh who joined yuon Vietn Minh fought against French colony between 1946-1954 before they became Khmer Rouge between 1975-1979 and become CPP has Case OO2 in their hands.

This comming up trial of Case 002 will face a lot of obstacles from Hun Sen as it has been already doe.
This ECCC in Cambodia will end up with disappointment of majority of Cambodian.
Glad to see it starts.
