Most Viet farmers in Cambodia exported rice and sold at higher price the poor Cambodian cannot afford it, starvation, homeless, etc. is becoming a mass effected in Cambodia.
this is one good way to invest in local people in camobdia. they can get a loan from the banks by using some kind of asset collateral, then repay the bank in small installment or in increment, no repayment penalty is necessary because you are helping them, not making money off of them!
people need training and education to get them started in business, etc... start up a vocational training school to help them. don't be selfish and evil, help people from all walks of life in cambodia. god bless all.
