Taking an opportunity before distributing diplomas to students in Svay Rieng province, on Thursday morning, Hun Xen went to a Viet village along the border with Cambodia to pay respect to the Viet invaders who were killed during its invasion of Cambodia when Vietnam toppled the KR regime.
Hun Xen declared during the diploma distribution that paying respect to the Viet army is a reminder about his struggle alongside his Viet comrades who helped him liberate the country from the KR regime.
20 Viet battalions, including 200,000 Viet soldiers supported by tanks, navy troops and jet planes, were used to topple the KR regime in 1979. It was an invasion of the Viets on Cambodia because following that invasion, Viet civilians can be seen living in great anarchy everywhere inside Cambodia nowadays.

But you have to play politic like all politicians or like Yuon do so many tactics. You have to pretend to like the person and lure him or her to come forward and help.
