Karl Marx was resurrected and came to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. He was shown factories, hospitals, cities and villages, etc. Finally, he requested to be allowed to make a speech on TV. The Politburo hesitated as they were afraid he might say something they wouldn't approve. Marx promised he would say only one sentence. Under this condition, the Politburo agreed. Karl Marx uttered the following sentence: "Workers of all countries, forgive me."

A delegation of Vietnamese communists came to see a Phnom Penh kindergarten. Before they came, the kids were instructed to answer every question by the visitors with just one sentence, “In the Kingdom of Wonder everything is the best in the world.”

The visitors came and asked their questions:

“Children, do you like your kindergarten?”

“In the Kingdom of Wonder everything is the best in the world!” the kids shouted.

“And what about the food you get?”

“In the Kingdom of Wonder everything is the best in the world!”

“Do you like your toys?”

“In the Kingdom of Wonder everything is the best in the world!”

At that, the smallest boy in the group started crying.

“Pichet, why are you crying? What happened?”

“I want to go to the Kingdom of Wonder!”

Samdech Hun Sen in a lighter moment [possibly recalling something amusing on KI Media of late]

A man walked into the district committee of the Cambodian People’s Party [CPP] and said, "I wish to join the Party and Samdech Decho [as he glanced at the Heroic Leader’s portrait on the wall]. Where should I start?"

“Visit a Psychiatrist!”

An old wench waited for two hours to get in a ‘bus’ [with a very noisy, rusty engine donated to the Kingdom of Wonder by the South Korean government] just outside Phnom Penh in the Takhmao district known for its host to the Kingdom's most notorious resident . Bus after bus came full and she couldn't squeeze herself in. When she finally managed to crawl in, she wiped her forehead, and said, "Finally, glory to Lord Buddha!"

The driver said, "Mother, you must not say that. You must say 'Glory to Samdech Hun Sen."

"Excuse me, son," the woman said. "I'm just a backward old woman. I'll say from now on as you told me."

After a while, she said, "Excuse me, son, I am old and stupid. What shall I say if, Buddha forbids, Samdech Hun Sen dies?"

“Oh, mother, then you shall say,”  “Glory to Our Lord Buddha!”
