For the case of North Korean, they HAVE TO CRY or they will be sent to Gulag for at least 5 years - At least, during the demise of the Great Leader, North Korean people sincerely cried for the passing of their Great leader....
For the case of Dear Leader, not so much - unless they have no choice left but to CRY to save their own necks.

I hate Hun Sen and all his dogs but comparing Hun Sen with North Koean of Kim Dynasty who practices JUCHE, I say to myself I stay with Hun Sen for a moment to survive.
Sure these people must try to cry, because it is how JUCHE cult makes them to do it.
JUCHE doctrine is worse than any ruler on the planet and it can compare to hell. I have never been in hell but to a country like North Korea exist among us nations, JUCHE is hell.
