Being prepared is one of the most important steps needed of rice farmers to get a higher yield in the next season. After farmers have finished their rainy season rice harvest, CEDAC would like to introduce some useful ideas for farmers to be well prepared to get higher yield in the next farming season.

the key to more rice production in cambodia is to modernize our hydrology system in cambodia. whether create bigger more reliable irrigation or canal system to carry water from the tonle sap lake or the mekong river all over cambodia. rice crops depend heavily on abundant resources of water, you know. farmers should invest in modernizing the irrigation system in cambodia as well so they can grow more rice all-year-round. stock up abundant rain water for usage to farm rice, etc, ok! and use more modern machinery because this way you rice growers, etc can produce more rice and other crops in all seasons all year. learn from japan, america, etc agricutural methods...
