Synopsis: In his New Year message, Kem Sopha, president of the Human Rights Party, called for a change of leadership through the election. In his message titled “Development without respect of human rights and without quality will lead to destruction,” Kem Sokha indicated that the drop down on quality led to serious disputes in a number of countries in the world. However, he noted the positive evolution of the spirit of the people of the world. With this, Kem Sokha was pointing at the rising up [of the people] to fight against dictatorships in a number of countries, furthermore, this rising up movement is spreading into a number of other countries ruled by dictators, such as those the Arab world, in Africa, in Asia, Russia and China. Kem Sokha – whom opposition leader Sam Rainsy accused of serving the ruling party – believes that the Cambodian people who want leadership will achieve their victory one day, but he called for a leadership change through the election process only. He also called on the people to join the HRP for an upcoming change in 2012-2013. In the past, Hun Xen always welcomed any change that is done through the election process.
លោក កឹម សុខាប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សបានផ្ញើសារឆ្លងឆ្នាំសកលមួយនៅថ្ងៃដំណាច់ឆ្នាំនេះដោយអំពាវនាវឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមេដឹកនាំតាមរយៈសន្លឹកឆ្នោត។ ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សដែលគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ីចោទថាបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជននោះបានលើកឡើងនៅក្នុងសារជូនពរឆ្នាំថ្មីរបស់ខ្លួនអំពីបរិបទនយោបាយជុំវិញពិភពលោកជាពិសេសចលនាមហាជនដែលនាំដល់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមេដឹកនាំប្រទេស។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ លោកកឹម សុខាចង់ឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរតាមរយៈសន្លឹកឆ្នោតតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
តាមរយៈសារលិខិត ដើម្បីអបអរថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំសកល២០១២ លោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស បានលើកពីការលំបាករបស់ពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាក្នុងឆ្នាំចាស់ឆ្នាំ២០១១។ ក្នុងសារនយោបាយប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដែលមានចំណងជើងថា «ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដែលមិនគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងដែលគ្មានគុណធម៌នឹងនាំមកនូវសេចក្តីវិនាស» លោកកឹម សុខា បានលើកឡើងពីបរិបទនយោបាយអន្តរជាតិជាច្រើន ដែលបានកើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១១។ ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដែលមាន៣កៅអី ក្នុងរដ្ឋសភា បានកត់សម្គាល់ថា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១១កន្លងទៅ ការធ្លាក់ចុះនៃគុណធម៌បានបង្កឲ្យមានទំនាស់ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសជាច្រើននៅក្នុងពិភពលោក។
ប៉ុន្តែ ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សបានសង្កេតឃើញថា មានការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ដោយវិជ្ជមានខាងស្មារតីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងពិភពលោកដែរ។ លោកកឹម សុខា ចង់សំដៅទៅលើការក្រោកឈរឡើង ដើម្បីរើបម្រះយ៉ាងប្តូរផ្តាច់របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងការផ្តួលរំលំមេដឹកនាំផ្តាច់ការក្នុងប្រទេសមួយចំនួន ហើយដែលកំពុងតែរាលដាលទៅប្រទេសផ្សេងៗណា ដែលនៅមានមេដឹកនាំផ្តាច់ការកាន់អំណាចនៅឡើយ។ ជាក់ស្តែង ការធ្លាក់ចេញពីអំណាចរបស់មេដឹកនាំផ្តាច់ការនៅក្នុងពិភពអារ៉ាប់ ទ្វីបអាហ្វ្រិក និងបច្ចុប្បន្ន ក៏កំពុងរាលដាលចូលដល់ទ្វីបអាស៊ី ដូចជានៅរុស្ស៊ី និងចិនជាដើម។
ក្នុងបរិបទនេះ លោក កឹម សុខា ដែលគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ីចោទថាជាគណបក្សរណបរបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានោះ បានរិះគន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលដោយឥតសំចៃ ដោយអះអាងថា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរបាននិងកំពុងទទួលរងការជិះជាន់ កេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញ។ លោកមានជំនឿជឿថា ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរដែលចង់ឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរអ្នកដឹកនាំនោះនឹងអាចសម្រេចបានយ៉ាងជោគជ័យតាមសេចក្តីប្រាថ្នារបស់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃណាមួយមិនខាន។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ លោកកឹម សុខា បានអំពាវនាវឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមេដឹកនាំប្រទេសតែតាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
ឆ្លៀតឱកាសនេះដែរ លោកកឹម សុខា ក៏បានអំពាវនាវដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរឲ្យចូលរួមជាមួយគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដើម្បីឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ នៅឆ្នាំ២០១២-២០១៣ ខាងមុខនេះ។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងកាន់អំណាច បានសម្តែងក្តីសង្ឃឹមជាស្រេចថា ខ្លួននឹងឈ្នះឆ្នោតកាន់តែច្រើនជាងមុនទៅទៀត ដើម្បីបន្តដឹកនាំប្រទេស។ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏ធ្លាប់បានប្រកាសស្វាគមន៍ជានិច្ច ចំពោះការផ្លាស់ប្តូរតាមរយៈសន្លឹកឆ្នោត៕

I and other readers are NOT persuasive by your BARBARIC comment.
If you run against Kem Sokha and use these barbaric languages, we'll pick Kem Sokha, but since Sam Rainsy is against Kem Sokha and Sam Rainsy uses no trash and low class languages, we pick Sam Rainsy.
Yes of course we knew that Kem Sokha is Yuon's tool, but your path with those trash words show us you aren't different than Pol Pot.

Yuon-Hue Xen use the same old strategy like in 1600's "divider and conquer".
In the past Siem attacked Khmer, Yuon attacked Cham and watched Khmer & Siem fought each other.
Chey Chetha II defeated Siem but Siem woved to take Cambodia. Then Yuon waited until Chey Chetha II got old and about to die, Nguyen sent his daughter "Ngoc Van" to marry Chey Chetha II, after that he's dead.
Ngoc Van had an army and used Khmer Royal Court to engage her espionage in Oudong, she caused turmoil (civil war) in Cambodia. The divider and conquer started since Ngoc Van lived in Cambodia.
Now instead of Ngoc Van, Yuon use Kem Sokha to divide Khmer voters and take the votes from Sam Rainsy, the only Khmer Hope.

The way you talk, you've nothing rational to me. The image of what you said tells me that you are also Youn. I belong to no party. I do not need to use any persuasive comment. For me is direct because around 2 millions Khmer population is killed by ah Youn; therefore, anybody serve ah Barbaric YOUN, they are simply trash for me. The real issue in Cambodia today is about ah Youn and Khmer. Pol Pot is a victim by ah Youn trick, he was not barbaric as you thought, but naïve; whereas Ah Kem Sokha, he accept to be ah Youn slave and he lie to Khmer population; and "ah" you, you are the same as ah Kem Sokha, hence you're also trash because you are a hypocrite Youn internet fighter. Talking about class, you seem having problem about self-esteem. You tried you show people that you belong to an intellectual one, in fact you do know what you talking about, your comment is very poor about choosing between Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha, more over irrational . For me I do not having problems with my self-esteem, my self-acceptance is in a good level. Get lost!
