to me, viet/youn an siem people are no better than cambodia and khmer people, the difference might have something to do with the leadership and their vision. cambodia needs to put the right people for the job, not just anybody, you know! of course, there are still a lot of works to be done! and be patient and educated, ok!

What Cambodians need is to stop fighting and killing each other and learn to work together using laws and peaceful means to fight injustice, corruption or whatever they don't like.
Try to educate and inform ordinary Cambodians so they understand their rights, freedom and future of their country. Let them decide what they want to do with the facts presented.
Like it or not the CPP, SRP and others are in Cambodia to stay and there is nothing one can do about it right now, but cursing each other which is very unproductive and quite destructive which in turn provides the advantages to our 2 stronger neighbours.
Learn to work together since you cannot get rid of the CPP anyway; they are just too strong and the Cambodians inside Cambodia don't want anymore civil wars and that desire is to be respected since who wants war anyway. Wars can only bring misery, destruction and more loss of territorial integrity since each adversary will use, invite or depend on our neighbours to the east or to the west to help secure their victory.
With good education and information the population will learn how to and begin to pressure PM Hun Sen and his party to back off to some extents; for now the indifference to what is going on in the country is still too great so let us all work together as much as we can to empower the Cambodian people so they can think for themselves on all fields to provide check and balance on government's projects in all fields including various good and bad developments that are going on in the country.
Cambodian society can only change for the better not so much through a political party, but through informed and educated, thus caring citizens of the country.
When that day comes, most PM will want on their own to be in the office not more than 2 terms as they will have lots of headache trying to answer to the questions posed by the smart, informed and responsible governed!
