With the election season coming up soon, CPP officials are scrambling to visit rural which they have neglected for the past 5 years. The CPP is using this alleged "working sessions" to wage a pre-season election campaign. However, when the villagers face dispute on land issues or are evicted from their homes by force, these CPP officials are nowhere to be seen!

What you see here is the classic case of a dictator dividing the masse to consolidate his grip on power - giving guns to one side to beat up the others.
