Prime Minister Hun Sen yesterday mocked the recent defections and resignations of opposition Sam Rainsy Party members and called it proof it was impossible for the SRP to ever rule the Kingdom
Speaking at the inauguration of the new Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning & Construction building in Phnom Penh yesterday, the premier warned that any change of government would necessarily entail loss of citizens’ lives.
“Now wait to see Egypt, [you] suppose it is finished, people die more than before. Libya, [you] suppose it is finished…[It has changed] but not according to the goal,” Hun Sen said.
Hun Sen also called the November resignation of three SRP parliamentarians – an apparent attempt to hamstring the constitutionality of National Assembly decisions – a “wrong strategy of the party”.
The premier also called out SRP deputy president Kong Korm, a former member of Hun Sen’s ruling Cambodian People’s Party, as forgetting all the favours the ruling regime once afforded him, including pulling him from rags in Kampong Cham province to riches as the ambassador in Vietnam’s capital of Hanoi. “Don’t say that you [Kong Korm] oppose this or oppose that.... Human Rights Party officials who had defected from the SRP five months earlier swore their allegiance to the CPP.

that's right, be smart and wise and enlightened. in this modern day and age, no need to involve the whole country in something that can be fixed or replaced with target of the unwanted or incompetent one. those who are bad, evil, etc, just target those individual, so involving the whole country isn't necessarily in that sense, you know. cambodia needs and can use good advice from everyone out there, really! god bless cambodia.
The only reason that AH HUN SEN would dare to talk like that is because somehow he feel entitle to something that Cambodian people owed him! This is nothing more than entitlement that AH HUN SEN is demanding from Cambodian people! Just remember this! AH HUN SEN used to say that he risk his life to save Cambodia from Pol Pot so it is only right that he must rule Cambodia to then end of time then his children and then his great-great grandchildren!
AH HUN SEN has been in power for too long and it is his tendency that he must take ownership of Cambodia and Cambodian people as his personal property. AH HUN SEN can say fuck to the world and fuck to Cambodian King and fuck you all you Cambodian people because he is still here and still in power so any regime more Cambodian people will die by his hand because only he can command the armies, the polices, and the judges and he has all the tanks, guns, grenades…. to kill any Cambodian people! And he can do whatever he please and nobody is going to give a damn!
Well, tell me how many traffic deaths of Cambodian people each year under AH HUN SEN regime mismanagement of traffic safety? How many more Cambodian people will become homeless due to land grabbing and mismanagement of land resource? Take a close look of Cambodian progress comparing to neighboring countries and the world! Cambodia is death last in everything! So what is left of Cambodia without regime change? You tell me!

=Van Sivoeun needs to be honest with himself before blowing hot air! Tell me how does Van Sivoeun go about in sharing anything including political spotlight with AH HUN SEN? AH HUN SEN is not a fool to share his political achievement and political spotlight with brokeass political defectors?
Now that Van Sivoeun including 10 others defected to the CPP and he must work hard and have more to prove to AH HUN SEN before going to the way of the Khmer Rouge leaders who defected to AH HUN SEN and now stand trial and stay in prison! aahhhhahahah
