I was looking for video about Cambodia on Youtube and saw by accident a kid who has an unknown disease. It is too sad to see him in such an unnameable situation.

Je cherchais des videos sur le Cambodge sur Youtube et suis tombé par accident une séquence montrant un pauvre enfant atteint d’une maladie, je ne sais de quelle maladie il s’agit. C’est extrêmement triste de le voir dans une telle situation innommable.

It is a heart broken to this Khmer kid, at 8:00 minutes time. It is terrible to see this Khmer kid suffered like this.
We must blame CPP regime, Yuon/Vietnamese cronies and Vietnamese Puppet Hun Sen.

the doctors should see this. i'm not a doctor, but i think it's some kindof immune disease, maybe allergic to sunlight or some kind of muscle disease. it's amazing he's still alive with this condition. and it didn't help to hear that his parents were very poor. is it too late to safe him? god bless his heart.
these people need help. it sounded like most of them have no education or illiterate. they should go to the provincial hospital for help with their sickness, etc. by the way, when was this video made.

You need money to get to the Hospital in Cambodia and even more money to be admitted before anyone will likely talk to you!
I'm not a doctor, but it kind of look like leprosy and severe malnutrition.
Can ki media or somebody bring this to the attention of the international red cross or world health organization etc... So that this Khmer kid can be rescued?
