ROADMAP FOR DEFECTORS LOOKING FOR PERSONAL BENEFITS

Today, approximately ten former Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) members who loudly defected to the Human Rights Party (HRP) in 2011, announced their decision to finally join the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP). There are commune and district councilors and a former senator among them: Vann Sivoeun, Morn Yeang, Prak Vandy, Om Phosda, Lon Sokthai, Chea Bun Ngak, Boeun Sokha, Horn Ravy.
Before them, two more prominent professional defectors looking for personal benefits had followed the same political itinerary (from SRP to HRP to CPP): Kem Sokhon (a brother of HRP president Kem Sokha) and Keo Remy (a former Funcinpec then SRP National Assembly member and now an adviser to CPP Prime minister Hun Sen).
Before the January 29 senatorial elections, many HRP representatives had reportedly tried to entice SRP commune councilors to vote for the CPP.
CPP BLACKMAILING KEM SOKHA CONCERNING HIS PRIVATE LIFE
On January 15, 2012 Prime Minister Hun Sen accused HRP President Kem Sokha of having a son with a mistress and he exposed many details about the extramarital affair http://tinyurl.com/7yx62sw
As they did a few years ago with Prince Norodom Ranariddh when he was having an extramarital affair before his divorce from Princess Eng Marie Ranariddh, the CPP plans to have somebody sue Kem Sokha on the basis of the 2006 law on monogamy. Referring to articles 7 and 10 of the law, a judge can send Kem Sokha to prison for a period from one month to one year and to make him pay a fine from 200,000 to 1,000,000 Riels.
Following various wrongdoings, General Nhiek Bun Chhay and other Funcinpec leaders are also being blackmailed by the CPP into openly or secretly serving Hun Sen’s party.

Many thinks working for CPP will allow them to survive. WRONG! Working for CPP means you have 2 ways out, look at those close to CPP. Jail sentenced from internal conflicts within CPP or be used by CPP as a pawn with bloodied hands.

Don't be surprised of the SEE PEE PEE's agents that they implanted in the democratic party, especially the SRP.
These agents will come out and pretend to break away from the SRP whenever the election is approaching. Actually, they are just the puppets of the puppets who infiltrated to the opposition party and ran away to make the opposition looks bad.

4:00 PM, I agree with you. But i want to also add. As a Khmer we must STOP sending moneys back to Cambodia. Sending money to families in Cambodia means they will ask for more! It is also supporting the Hun Sen regime and prolonging the suffering of our Khmer people.
If we want change, we must first tell our families in Khmer to stop voting and supporting Hun Sen if they want change!
Hun Sen is very familiar today with all major rules and the small details of Khmer politics.
This is the best politician of Cambodia currently.
It is no coincidence that N.Sihanouk described him as the strong man and decorated him the title of Samdech Decho.
Hun Sen is a traitor who sells Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody should worship a traitor. Hun Sen will be punished as a traitor.

That news confirms that SRP is going nowhere. We all know that Hun Sen is better leader than Sam Rainsy. Hun Sen has better vision of the future by building roads, building schools, evicting people from the land to build better city. Look at Phnom Penh now, it is a nice city to live and visit. They evicted so many people, but for the best of the development.
With Sam Rainsy, the country would not develop that fast.
Without vietnam we would all die. Hun sen is a real patriot bit he has to manage also many stupid things under him and to practice real politik in pragmatic way dealing with swot around

Why?
They think SRP is good, but HRP is better. However, CPP is better than HRP.
I agree CPP is not so good, but there is nothing better for Cambodia at this time.
Did Sam Rainsy ever talk about his plan for Education, plan to eliminate Corruption, Infrastructure development, rural development, tourism? He only talks about border and eviction.
With CPP, we see real development. He is not perfect in all points, but it is better than Sam Rainsy

Our Khmer society has a severe problem. They are using our so-called "morality" to destroy our decency. Khmer people are very ignorant. We have to think out the square sometimes.
Since I was born, was taught to be obedient and peace loving. Be good to your neighbors. These are some of the morality/conscientious qualities implanted by Buddhist principles. However, I think Buddhist principle in Cambodia is being abused and used to destroy Khmer society by the infiltrators.
They know that Khmer people are so sensitive to morality. Affairs such as adultery is negative for one character despite how much sacrifice one contributes to society. That is a bad thing for Cambodia.
Buddhism has failed in all respects in Cambodia. Buddhism being used to their political advantages. At the same time they are "growing" a set of people on our Khmer land. If you notice these days, the "bads" got all the good stuff and power. The "goods" is running away and living in exile and could not do anything like doing good as Buddhism promised. Well, you might say times/karma will come upon their destruction. But remember post 1979, many Vietnamese men have so many wives in Cambodia. Cambodia is a nation of bastards already. These generation is about to change the face of Cambodia.
To claim that one is cleaned morally and used that as their political platform is in vain. Democracy works on how many people support you and how much can you provide for the major, for more people, more better, not on cleanliness of a person's character.
You've already seen the examples these. It does not depend on how morally cleaned you are. You can not do anything if you do not have many peoples supporting you, just like the SRP and HRP, parties to legitimize the CPP government. The oppositions should move away from petty politics.
I do not encourage Khmer men to have mistresses, but it does not hurt if no harm is done and if they can provide for them. I DO encourage Khmer men to have a lot of children. As you can see how many people in Cambodia are real Khmer? I think less than half.
I think Buddhism is being planted in Khmer mind to be cleaned morally and at the same time teaching to ignore the parasites wanting to eat us alive is a bad thing and is detrimental to Khmer society in the long run.
Look at the Chinese, how many of them in this world. Look at the Muslim. How many of them is this world. We are restricted by this Buddhism principles. Yet, Cambodia are full of Vietnamese offsprings these days. All I can see these days is the bads/evils rule! I might add also. RULE with Buddhism support.
Agree with 3:46 am. SRP is irrelevant now, Sam Rainsy is in France now. HRP is the only potential opposition against the CPP. That is why Hun Sen is using petty politics to de-rail HRP support but it backfired samdech decho, did it not?

Kem Sokha is a poor little guy who needs money to pay for his ongoing extramarital affairs. Countless former employees from the Cambodia Center for Human Rights said he had stolen money from that organization before creating the Human Rights Party. Without Hun Sen's blackmail and protection he would be in jail. He can enjoy a fake freedom only in exchange for cooperation with the Cambodian People's Party. As Secretary General he destroyed the Son Sann Party in 1998. As a man without principles he then joined the royalist Funcinpec to enjoy a senator position for many years. Now he wants to destroy the Sam Rainsy Party as Hun Sen told him to do in their taped phone conversation we have just heard.
