The value of his music & song, his voice and his poesy are so high.
We did not find some bad word to insult other people.
But in the reality most of the songs of Mr. Sin Sisamouth were saying of political and social problem and situation and of course nationalist background.
Some told us the way of life of our Khmer people, our society. Other explained about our believe and trust.
All these songs are in museum now. They are good songs but not suitable for today generation. They are oldies golden in its era.
Khmer in cabramatta.
Sin Sisamouth is indeed a Cambodian king of songs when it comes to singing.
It is too bad he died so early and unnecessarily.
One can really see clearly the stupidity, hatred against middle-class and rich city people and obsession with class struggle among the most insane group of people that formed the KR leadership.
It was so unfortunate these beasts had been born in Cambodia and succeeded to obtain power! They, themselves, ironically made Vietnamese intention toward Cambodia a reality faster and sooner by breaking all the doors in the house and trying to stay awake to keep watch of the feared thieves.
Sin Sisamouth and other good singers could have been asked to sing the revolutionary songs if these KR idiots wanted their songs to be heard so badly. After all, their voices are much better than those of the KR singers.
Reconciliation is a key to a deeply divided society after the war, but the KR monsters kept sowing seeds of hatred among the Khmer people through their songs, speeches and local meetings; they then expected that Cambodia would be so strong to the point of safeguarding her territory or even regaining her lost territory taken by her neighbours.
Any thought of wars against Vietnam and Thailand to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia is suicidal as mentioned by Dr. Peang-Meth in his well-written article recently posted on KI Media. Cambodia is a wounded nation and cannot afford another fight.
Peasants alone cannot defend and develop a country, neither are the other classes in society. Societal harmony and justice with equal opportunity to everyone are the key to prosperity in a country. They need each other and can live in harmony if the right leader shows the way. Obviously Pol Pot and his lunatic followers were too insane to be expected to think and do otherwise.
Why would one want to make a fish fly in the sky and a bird swim in the river? The KR leadership did and really believed it could be done!
