Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Former Cambodian Finance Minister Sam Rainsy talks about the risks facing investors in Cambodia. Sam Rainsy, speaking with Bloomberg's David Whitehouse in Paris, faces arrest if he returns to contest national elections in 2013 after a 10-year conviction in absentia for what he terms political reasons.
