Chea Vicha was killed by Hok Lundy's men. Hok Lundy was ordered by Hun Sen, Lundy was then later "mysteriously died when the aircraft was "mysteriously" hit by an unknown object. The question is What did PhD Hun Sen scientist and investigation team found at the sense and was anyone charged for the "mysterious" death.

Chea Vichea was killed by Hun Sen who ordered Hok Lundy to do the killing. Then Hun Sen killed Hok Lundy because Hok Lundy was about to join with the FBI who invited him to do some training.
