The CPP-USA & CPP-Canada have proposed and designed a postage stamp which featured Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, already, but they are having problem with his long name and title -- longer than the name of the country -- cannot fit on a postage stamp! They don't want to drop the word "Samdech" nor "Akka" nor "Sena" nor "Padei" nor "Techo" neither do they want to drop the words "Prime Minister" nor "of" nor "the" nor "Kingdom of Cambodia." If they can't fit his name and title on a stamp they don't want the country name on it either. So the stamp looks as it is.

Few people in the world know Hun Sen, but they know Ho Chi Minh.
So they would think that the stamp is issued by Hanoi and that is where Hun Sen coming from.
