Do you or anybody pay attention to a bar right across the street from Wat Damnak, Siem Reap town, that plays loud music almost all night, sometime until 4 AM in the morning, while all the monks can't sleep ?
The monks said their several complaints did not get attention from the governor, thatអំពើពាលាអាវ៉ាសែ វាមានអំណាចឥទ្ធិពល ជាងវត្តអារាមនិងការសិក្សាព្រះធម៌ អភិបាលខេត្តនិងក្រសួងធម្មការ សុខចិត្តលើកដំកើងបារជាងវត្ត !
