The Phnom Penh Post reported in today’s edition that, according to investigators dispatched by the human rights organization Licadho, Chut Wutty was shot as he tried to drive away from military police. The military police officer who was killed in the incident was in fact the one who shot Chut Wutty, but he was killed when a bullet ricocheted off Chut Wutty's vehicle and killed this shooting cop.

Do we think that people are stupid and believe this story?
In reality, it is likely that the puppet government used that animal cop to kill Chut Vuthy, and then killed that cop to avoid any blame from the public.
