To be a smart stock investor in Cambodia's current political and business atmosphere, one has to invest in limited term basis most likely not more than 1 year, the longest. A week and few weeks holding stocks are the best bet giving a blurred rules and unsecure and jittery firms in Cambodia liquidity assest markets.
The outlook of Cambodia CSX remains too premature and relinquished term but can be potentially good investment down the road when more well-known international players get more involved and turn her market into more competitive and significant regional market if NOT reach globallly. I'm interested to see a couple years before getting hands busy here...
Investors gave PPWSA a 27 times evaluation because it is a well operated company that compare itself very well to Singapore Water.
WPWSA is a great example that when leadership wants to operate ethically and professionally, it can be done even in a third world country. So when the CPP gave excuses about the Khmer Rouges legacy or Cambodia is a developing country, ask the CPP to learn from PPWSA management.
PPWSA shows you that Cambodia has the human resources to do great things today, if only the leaderships of the CPP has the will and wisdoms to govern justly.

Nothing new in CPP regime. Cambodia will be better off without CPP, Hun Sen and their Communist Vietnamese ties that took more than 32 years to see Cambodia underdeveloped to this day.
Cambodia is full and rich of Natural Resources, but the Vietnamese monsters from Hanoi and dumb Vietnamese dog Hun Sen are the most destructive animals on the planet.
How dumb are CPP supporters until this day, making Cambodia fail miserable and very slow in development. Stupid Vietnamese masters of Hanoi and Vietnamese advisers who are still junky and trashy to advise dumb Yuon slave Hun Sen to build junky and garbage in Cambodia. Vietnam is an evil Nation on the planet causing a lot of problems to Cambodia.
SRP is so much much better to help rebuild Cambodia country.
