Synopsis: 2 Boeung Kak Lake representatives among the 15 arrested – Mrs. Ly Channary and Mr. Sao Saroeun – were temporarily released from Prey Sar jail at 7PM on 15 June. The release of the pair is subject to 3 conditions: (1) They have to show up to the Phnom Penh municipal court as summonsed, once every 3 weeks; (2) they must not move from their current residence; (3) they have to show up at the Srah Chork administration office in Daun Penh district.

ការដោះលែងនេះគឺផ្អែកតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌ ៣ចំណុច។ ទី១ គឺអ្នកទាំង២ ត្រូវបង្ហាញខ្លួននៅមុខតុលាការសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ តាមការកោះហៅរៀងរាល់ ៣សប្ដាហ៍ម្ដង ទី២ មិនត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្ដូរលំនៅឋាន និងទី៣ ត្រូវមកបង្ហាញខ្លួននៅមុខប៉ុស្តិ៍រដ្ឋបាលស្រះចក ខណ្ឌដូនពេញ។
មេធាវីរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំច្បាប់សម្រាប់សហគមន៍ លោក យឹម សាវ៉ាត បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការដោះលែងនេះមិនមែនជាស្ថាពរនៅឡើយទេ។ ការដោះលែងនេះ គឺតាមដីកាសម្រេចរបស់ចៅក្រមស៊ើបអង្កេតសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោក សែម សក្ដិកូឡា ចុះថ្ងៃ១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
លោកស្រី លី ចាន់ណារី មានប្រសាសន៍យ៉ាងខ្លីនៅពេលចាកចេញពីពន្ធនាគារព្រៃសថា អ្នកស្រីត្រេកអរដែលត្រូវបានដោះលែងមកវិញ។
លោក សៅ សារឿន និងអ្នកស្រី លី ចាន់ណារី ត្រូវអាជ្ញាធរចាប់ និងនាំទៅឃុំខ្លួននៅពន្ធនាគារព្រៃស កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែឧសភា នៅពេលដែលពួកគាត់រៀបចំឯកសារចូលទៅធ្វើជាសាក្សីអោយតំណាងអ្នកបឹងកក់ចំនួន ១៣នាក់៕

6:50 AM, if you had the gut,why don't you let them stay in jai longer? Pressure your Khmer Rouge ruler,if you has too.You supporting Khmer Rouge and current government(CCP) like you insulting your ancestor who might be kill during Khmer rouge regime.Khmer Rouge regime was not good and hell go with them and the rest that support them!!!!!! Very happy and very graceful for their release and it not for the CCP good will .It's the pressure from the USA. Now ,what you going to do??? You are very stubborn and go ahead tell your clan of CCP to let them stay longer!!! Shame to say!!!
