I got a feelling that Asat regime in Seria will be ended sooner when Russian shippes reaching Damascus.
Ruussian set shippes and anti aicraft misiles to Seri is not to help Asat regime but to protect and bring Mr Asat families and their colosal asset to Russia for the rest of his life.
Let observe together beyond this day.

While China, Russia, and Iran are backing the Damascus, the US and the west can't use Nato force to oust Asaad from power like as in Libya. Any US or Nato forces in Syria soils will prompt the Russian and Iran response into an all out war that could lead to a region battle zone and eventually tricking the eve of WW3. And with China allegianced its stand and support of Assad the US will wane down and force to retreat its ambition in Syria to alleviate any further political friction against its largest creditor, China. The worse scenario in Syria is civil war and regime change thru electoral votes as seen in Egypt.
Today the Russian warships and its military personnel advisory team are docking in Syria coastlines. China sent in advance arsenals and advisers, while thousands of Iranian's elite public guard infiltrated into the Syrian army for the next scrimmages of civil war, or the trial of China/Russia/Iran VS. US/NATO/Israel/Turkey/Saudi show.
